I m not sure whether it’s phimosis or not but the foreskin is attached almost completely from the tip leaving behind a tiny portion allowing me to pee. I got this problem ~10 years back and unfortunately, could not get a medical prescription yet. Being into more detail, it gets blown up at the time of pee due to lack of enough space to pass directly. By lot of secondary research, I hope that it would be cured without any trouble.
